Chris Edge, operating the pre-trading London Base project, is responsible for these registration records. Contact founders@londonbase.london about your data or choices. This notice will be updated when responsibility transfers to an incorporated company.
We collect the name and email address you submit, any optional referral code, your submission time and source, and your email choices. If you opt in, we also retain the wording/version you saw, the submission record and your choice. We record necessary email-send, failure and withdrawal information.
We use registration details to administer your free, no-obligation opening-place registration, acknowledge it and communicate necessary changes or next steps. Our basis for this administration is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and maintaining accurate registration records. You can object or cancel your registration.
Promotional news, offers and referral rewards are separate: we rely on your optional consent, not on the act of registration. Leaving the choice unticked does not affect your registration. An active tick in the optional box records your consent; no further email reply is required.
Withdraw marketing consent at any time through email preferences or by replying to an email. You do not need to use particular words. Withdrawal does not cancel your registration or affect earlier lawful processing. Contact us separately if you want to cancel registration.
We use Netlify to collect website form submissions and Google Workspace email and spreadsheets to administer registrations. Tasklet supports our administrative processing. We do not sell registration contact details. These services may involve international processing; provider safeguards and access controls apply. Marketing preferences are separate from any website cookie or advertising choices.
We keep registration information while needed to manage your requested opening place and review whether continued retention is necessary. We retain consent evidence and a minimum suppression record as needed to honour choices and demonstrate compliance. You may ask for deletion; we may need to retain limited information to prevent unwanted future emails or meet legal requirements.
You can request access, correction or deletion, object to or seek restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. Other rights, including portability, apply where their legal conditions are met. Contact founders@londonbase.london. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
